You spend about twenty minutes on it in total.

Connect the mailbox

You sign in to Sigbot and connect Outlook — read-only, revocable any time. For a team build, each person does the same, or an admin does it for them. Nothing is forwarded to us and no one at Sigbot reads your mail.

We run and clean the scan

The full history is scanned, signatures are parsed, contacts are merged by email address, and newsletters, no-reply senders and bounces are removed. For team builds we set up folders by project and trade and merge duplicates across people.

Handover

You get the database live in Sigbot plus an Excel export formatted for BuildingConnected or Procore. Team builds include a 45-minute handover call. Individual builds include 30 days of the Individual plan so the list keeps itself current.

Common questions

Do I need a Sigbot subscription?

No. Every build is a one-off. You keep the Excel file whatever you decide. If you want the list to stay current, the Inbox History Build includes 30 days of Individual, and team builds convert straight into a Starter plan at the handover.

Which mailboxes can you build from?

Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes connect directly. Gmail and other IMAP mailboxes work through an app password — we'll walk you through it on the call.

Who sees my email?

Nobody at Sigbot reads your mail. The scan runs inside your own Sigbot account against the mailbox you connected, and only the signature blocks are parsed. You can revoke access the moment the build is delivered. See our security page and DPA.

What if the list isn't what I expected?

Tell us within 30 days and we'll either rework it or refund the build in full — the same 30-day money-back guarantee as every paid plan.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. Book the call and ask, or email us — we'll send a Paddle invoice with bank transfer details.
