Built for construction. Useful wherever contacts arrive by email.

Sigbot for every team that works from Outlook.

If the people you deal with email you, their details are already in your inbox: name, job title, company and mobile, at the bottom of every email. Sigbot reads those signatures and builds one contact list for the whole team, on the web and on everyone's phone.

Works with Outlook and Microsoft 365.

Other teams whose contacts live in their inbox.

The product is the same in every industry: it reads the signature, whoever sent it. Here's where it fits.

Recruitment and staffing

In your inbox: candidates, hiring managers at client companies, HR and talent teams, and the agencies you share roles with.

  • When a candidate or hiring manager rings back, the phone shows their name and company, not just a number.
  • Keep the desk's client contacts in a shared team folder, so they stay with the agency when a consultant moves on.
  • Scan the business cards you collect at a careers fair with the phone app.

Logistics, haulage and freight

In your inbox: shippers and consignees, hauliers and subcontract carriers, depot and warehouse managers, forwarders and customs agents.

  • Search a radius around a collection or delivery point on the map to see which contacts are nearby.
  • Traffic planners and drivers see who's calling before they answer.
  • Export the carrier or customer list to Excel or CSV in one go.

Property and facilities management

In your inbox: contractors and maintenance firms, landlords and tenants, managing agents, surveyors, and building and site managers.

  • Find the contractors nearest a building with a radius search on the map.
  • Site and facilities staff get the same contractor numbers on their phones as the office.
  • When a contractor rings about a job, their name and company show on the phone.

Sales and distribution

In your inbox: customers' buyers and site managers at merchants, wholesale, plant and tool hire and field sales, plus your suppliers' reps.

  • Plan the week's visits by seeing which customers are near each call on the map.
  • Share your details with the QR code in the phone app, and scan the business cards you're handed at a counter or a show.
  • Every rep's customer contacts in one shared list, so the firm keeps them when people leave.

Manufacturing and engineering

In your inbox: suppliers and distributors, customers' purchasing and engineering teams, inspectors and service engineers.

  • One list of every supplier and customer contact the team has emailed, exported to Excel or CSV when purchasing needs it.
  • Bounced addresses are flagged and left out of exports, so the list you send purchasing stays clean.
  • Newsletters and no-reply mail go to a review queue, so the list is the people you actually deal with.

Architects, engineers and surveyors

In your inbox: clients, contractors and the other consultants on each project, planning and building control officers, and manufacturers' specification reps.

  • Put a project's consultants and contractors in a shared team folder, so the whole team works from one list.
  • See who you know near a site with a radius search on the map.
  • Export the list to Excel or CSV for a project contact sheet.

IT services and managed service providers

In your inbox: the contacts at every client you support, vendors and distributors, and licensing and support desks.

  • Engineers see which client is calling before they pick up.
  • The service desk and the engineers on the road share one list of client contacts.
  • Sigbot's Outlook app is publisher-verified by Microsoft, and an admin approves it once in Microsoft 365, like any outside app.

Schools and colleges: the business office

In your inbox: contractors and maintenance firms, suppliers, transport providers, agencies, and the local authority.

  • The business manager's contractor and supplier numbers, shared with the site team's phones.
  • Find the contractors nearest a school site on the map.
  • Sigbot Ltd is a UK company, registered with the ICO, and your data is stored in the EU.

Something else? If the people you work with email you, it works the same way: Sigbot reads the signature, whatever the industry.

How it works, in any industry.

Nobody types a contact in. Each person connects their own mailbox, and Sigbot does the rest.

01

Connect Outlook once

Works with Outlook and Microsoft 365. Most companies approve Sigbot once in IT, as Microsoft asks for every outside app; Sigbot's Outlook app is publisher-verified by Microsoft.

02

Signatures become contacts

Name, job title, company, phone, email and address from the signature at the bottom of each email. Newsletters and no-reply mail go to a review queue, and merges can be undone.

03

It checks for new mail by itself

After the first scan, Sigbot checks each mailbox for new mail every day on paid plans (every week on Free) and only reads mail it hasn't seen.

04

On everyone's phone

The iPhone and Android apps add your contacts to the phone's own address book, so calls show a name and company. Contacts with an address go on a map, and team plans share a folder with everyone.

Try it on your own inbox.

Start free with one mailbox, or book a 20-minute call and we'll look at how your team keeps its contacts today.

Every contact exports to Excel or CSV whenever you want it. UK company, ICO-registered (ZC202535), data stored in the EU.
