A SigParser alternative for Outlook: Sigbot and SigParser compared

SigParser and Sigbot both read the email signatures in your mailbox and turn the people in them into contacts. They're built for different jobs. Here's what each one does, what it costs and who it suits. Every fact about SigParser comes from SigParser's own website and help centre, checked on 26 October 2026.

The short answer.

SigParser suits you if your contacts need to end up in a CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics, if anyone on your team uses Gmail or Google Workspace, or if you want relationship data: who on your team knows whom, and which relationships are going quiet. It also scans calendars, and can go back up to 10 years of email in one paid scan.

Sigbot suits you if your team works in Outlook or Microsoft 365 and wants one shared contact list built from everyone's email signatures, on the web and on everyone's iPhone or Android phone, so calls show a name and company. It exports to Excel or CSV. It has no CRM integrations and doesn't work with Gmail.

For a team Team plan: top coworker relationships, custom fields and lists, advanced search. Professional adds relationship insights.
