Everyone who emails you puts their name, job title, company and phone number at the bottom of their email. Sigbot reads those signatures and files each person as a contact, so nobody types them in again.
Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and run the first scan. Sigbot only reads mail, never sends it. After that it checks each mailbox for new mail by itself: daily on paid plans, weekly on Free. Newsletters and no-reply mail wait in a review queue, merges can be undone, and bounced addresses are flagged. When a newer email's signature shows a different job title or phone number, Sigbot updates the contact and keeps their previous job titles and companies, and anything you typed in yourself is never overwritten.
Export the whole list to Excel or CSV, share folders with your team (team plans), and use the iPhone and Android apps to add your contacts to the phone's address book, so calls show a name and company instead of a number. The web app and the iPhone app also put every contact with an address on a map, with a radius search around any site.
Sigbot was built first for construction teams, with a Trade field for UK trade packages or Canadian MasterFormat, and it suits any team whose contacts arrive by email. There's a Free plan, no card needed; the rest are on the pricing page.
