Do I need a credit card to start?

What happens when I hit the Free plan's limits?
Free scans up to 150 emails a day and holds up to 1,000 contacts in total. Once you reach the contact cap, Sigbot stops scanning new emails. Your existing contacts are never deleted. Upgrade to Individual for unlimited contacts and 2,000 scans/day, plus a full backfill of your entire inbox history.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Nothing is ever deleted on a downgrade: teams and folders beyond the new plan's allowance are archived read-only, and upgrading again restores them exactly as they were.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Toggle to yearly above to save 17% on Individual ($500/yr). Starter and Professional are billed annually only.
What currency will I be charged in?
The prices above are already in your local currency — we detect your country and ask our payment provider, Paddle, what it will actually charge there, shown rounded to the nearest whole amount; the exact figure appears at the checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles local sales tax and VAT, including reverse charge for VAT-registered businesses in the EU and UK.
